To this end, HUALANS will not be held responsible for changes in the availability of certain Products. If only part of the ordered Products are not available and there are no other causes that may legitimize the non-acceptance of the order proposal, HUALANS may proceed with the order proposal limited to the Products available; - destination of the Products located outside the Italian territory. 3.1. The selling prices of the Products, the shipping costs and the payment methods are those shown on the Site and are expressed in Euros. The selling prices of the Products do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. HUALANS reserves the right to change the prices shown on the Site at any time; in any case, the change in prices will not apply to products subject to orders already sent by the customer. 3.2 The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the Products purchased in the following ways: - Online credit card: payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners credit card. Payments by credit card are handled directly by the secure servers of Prestashop Checkout, which thanks to the use of protocols with 128-bit SSL encryption guarantees the security of online transactions. For this reason HUALANS is not aware of the data relating to the Customer's credit card. Once the order is received, HUALANS will make a pre-authorization request on the Customer's credit card to ensure that the latter has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same. HUALANS will not be responsible for any failure to authorize the entity in question. Once the contract has been concluded pursuant to Article 2 above, the credit card charge will be final. - Paypal - Bank Transfer: the user will be informed, after completing the order and therefore accepting this document, both in the summary screen of the order confirmation and by email, of the bank details on which to make the payment equal to the amount of the order including shipping costs, and must indicate the order reference number shown in the summary screen and in the order confirmation email as the reason for the transfer. 4.1. The Products will be delivered on the basis of the times and in the manner indicated in the delivery service chosen by the Customer from the options listed on the Site. The transport costs are charged to the Customer, and may vary according to the delivery service chosen. Once the shipment has been made, HUALANS will send the Customer an e-mail notice of shipment with instructions on how to monitor the shipment. In case of shipping delays deriving from causes beyond the control of ROMANO, the Customer will be promptly notified by HUALANS customer service. Shipments are made only on the Italian territory.

5.1. Right of withdrawal by law

a) Exercise of the right of withdrawal by law

The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the Products purchased on the basis of these General Conditions (hereinafter "Legal Term"). < / p>

The withdrawal must be communicated to ROMANO in writing (i) by sending the withdrawal form available as an attachment to these General Conditions or through the appropriate function in the "my orders" section of your customer account or by e -mail to or using the customer service . < / p>

b) Return of products in case of withdrawal by law

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised by law, the Customer must return the Products within 14 days from the moment in which he has exercised the right of withdrawal.

The return can be made in the following ways:

  1. Returns by courier selected by the Customer, in which case the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.
  2. Returns by means of a shipper affiliated with HUALANS, also in this case the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. From the moment the purchased Products are returned to the shipper indicated by HUALANS, HUALANS exempts the Customer from any liability in case of loss or damage to the Products during transport.

It is an essential condition for obtaining the refund referred to in point 5.1 (c) that the integrity of the Products to be returned is preserved. In particular, the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag must still be attached to the Products with the disposable seal, as well as the various composition labels.

Products returned by shipment must be sent to HUALANS in a single shipment. Therefore HUALANS reserves the right not to accept Products that are part of the same order that have been returned at different times. The courier's references are shown on the documentation inside the package that was delivered. The Products must be returned using the same shipping packaging.

c) Refund times and methods for returned products

If the withdrawal has been exercised within the Legal Term and under the conditions established in this art. 5.1 (b) and the checks on the Products returned as a result of the withdrawal have been concluded positively, HUALANS will send the Customer, via e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned Products.

As a result of the above, HUALANS will refund the amounts paid by the Customer for the purchase, including delivery costs, net of any discounts and / or promotions.

Whatever the payment method used by the Customer, HUALANS will make the refund at the latest within 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract. HUALANS reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has proof that the items are intact and unused.

The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of online purchase.

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be performed by HUALANS, in any case, against the person who made the payment.


6.1. The Products illustrated on the Site are HUALANS branded products and other brands legitimately in the availability of HUALANS. The characteristics of each Product are shown on the Site within each product sheet, however the colors of the same may not correspond to the real ones due to the internet browser and monitor used.


7.1 The legal guarantee of conformity is foreseen as an obligation of the seller by Legislative Decree 6-9-2005 n ° 206 art. 128 and following. This is a guarantee relating to all consumer goods and covers the lack of conformity of the goods for a maximum period of 24 months from delivery for purchases made by individuals. The lack of conformity must be reported to the seller within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect. 9.1. The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Conditions of sale, the territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
